We, my husband and our three kids, raise our labradors on our forty acre farm with four acre pond in rural Southside Virginia. We raise BIG(70-100+lbs) Labs and occasionally SMALLER(40-60lbs) sized labs.
We have partnered with a great dog trainer who will be offering basic and bird hunting training. Contact us for more details.

We offer various shades of black, chocolate and yellow labrador pups. Below is a explanation of some of the rare shades we offer, such as silver, charcoal and champagne. These three colors are express through a recessive d gene.
“Labrador Retrievers that express the dilution gene (dd) are recognized and registered by the American Kennel Club (AKC) based on their foundation genetic... colors, Black, Yellow, or Chocolate.
- Labradors that are descriptively called “Silver” are registered as their base genetic color Chocolate.
- Labradors that are descriptively called “Charcoal” are registered as their base genetic color Black.
- Labradors that are descriptively called “Champagne” are registered as their base genetic color Yellow.
The policy of registering light shades of the breed standard-described colors was established after a joint investigation by the AKC and Labrador Retriever Club of America (LRC) in the 1980’s, wherein breed purity of “Silver” Labradors was also confirmed.”
The use of descriptive color names is not new to the Labrador breed. Most common is the use of "White" for genetically Yellow Labradors that lack most of their pigment in the hair. The old breed studbooks contain many other descriptive iterations of the accepted colors, jet=Black, slate=Black, champagne=Yellow cream=Yellow, butterscotch=Yellow, liver=Chocolate, brown=Chocolate, etc, etc...
We have five females! They are each from great bloodlines and are great pets.
We have one smaller sized female,50lbs, that we breed to a smaller male to produce a 45lbs to 65lbs labrador that is a little easier to handle. These dogs make great waterfowl retrievers and pets with the smaller size.
Our other females are about 65-100lbs each and are normally bred to same size or larger males to produce your typical 70lbs-125lbs labrador that everyone knows and loves.
